How To Stay Healthy This Summer 2021

Finally, I can get back into the swing of things…Now that the world is gradually opening back up… I wonder if anyone else is experiencing PTSD from COVID-19. Since last year health has been the major factor and still is. So many things have changed about healthy living from eating healthier foods, exercising regularly to wearing a mask and restricted to socializing six feet apart from each other to stay safe.

Since the distributions of the various vaccines has brought a relief to the world. However, there might be a laps in how we stay healthy. As we journey back to being “ Normal” whatever that looks like for you. I realize that many people are not viewing COVID-19 as much of a sensitive issue and no longer looking for another pandemic threat to our lives being snatched away like a cold winter night. I just want you to really handle your life with care and still take precautionary measures because I believe that we are not fully out the woods yet and we should still maintain a healthy strategy as we prepare to enter a summer without restrictions.

  • Exercise and fitness are solid ways to maintain good health ( workout with a mask & practicing social distancing)
  • Check up on your health with an annual physical exam
  • Explore nutritional ways to maintain a healthy diet with a certified nutritionist.
  • Drink a lot of water to maintain hydration in the summer heat.
  • Get a full nights rest on a daily basis ( your body needs to be rejuvenated for the next day of events.
  • Live your life with no limits to becoming a better and healthier you in a safe way.

Picking up the pieces of our lives from it falling apart in the last year. Steps to heading in the right direction will be reducing the risk of another pandemic with us all making the choice to live healthier and safer lives together.
